The first step in receiving the correct advice is to book a consultation.
What Happens in the Consultation?
All consultations are held with Simar Hermis and take roughly one hour. Prior to your consultation, you will be asked to prepare some important information such as:
- A copy of your passport;
- Your current visa;
- Any previous visa’s that you held;
- All relevant correspondence between you and the Department of Home Affairs;
- Other relevant documents depending on the nature of your enquiry;
It is important to have all the information prepared to ensure your consultation is meaningful and provides Simar with a sound understanding of your situation.
Simar will then be able to advise you regarding the requirements for certain visas, the processing times and all associated professional and government fees.
The cost of the consultation is AUD$200 and this fee is credited back to you for any further work you engage our office in.
