Esperance holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Strathmore University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law, and a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Law from the University of New South Wales. She is currently pursuing dual qualification as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Australia at the University of Sydney, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) as well. A Kenyan-qualified lawyer and Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, Esperance brings international law expertise and a cross-disciplinary edge at the intersection of law, business, and global practice. At the firm, she serves as Executive Assistant to Mr Hermis, supporting his clients and affairs while managing legal matters including Criminal Character issues, ART Appeals, and Australia’s international obligations under Refugee Law
